1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using Chastity Games (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services.
2. Age Restriction (Adult Content)
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use this Service. This website contains adult themes and user-generated content that may be sexually explicit. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older and that you are accessing this site voluntarily.
3. Description of Service
Chastity Games provides a platform for managing power exchange dynamics, including task assignment, reward tracking, and messaging. You understand and agree that the Service is provided "AS-IS" and that we assume no responsibility for the timeliness, deletion, mis-delivery or failure to store any user communications or personalization settings.
4. User Conduct & Prohibited Content
You are solely responsible for your conduct and any data, text, information, usernames, graphics, photos, and links ("Content") that you submit. You agree NOT to upload, post, or transmit any content that:
- Depicts, encourages, or promotes non-consensual sexual acts, violence, or illegal acts.
- Depicts any person under the age of 18.
- Is defamatory, libelous, hateful, or harasses others.
- Infringes upon the copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights of others.
- Contains "revenge porn" or images distributed without the consent of the depicted individual.
We reserve the right to remove any content and ban any user found violating these terms without notice.
5. Premium Subscriptions & Payments
Certain features of the Service are available only through the purchase of a Premium Subscription.
- Billing: Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly basis unless canceled. Lifetime memberships are billed as a one-time payment.
- Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription renewal at any time through your account settings or payment provider. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.
- Fee Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription fees at any time, upon reasonable notice to you.
6. Refund Policy
All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of the Service, we generally do not offer refunds for partial months or unused lifetime memberships.
However, if you believe a billing error has occurred, please contact support immediately. Chargebacks or billing disputes initiated without contacting support first will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your account.
7. Privacy Policy
Your privacy is important to us. We will not share your personal information, email address, or private messages with third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law. Please review our Privacy Policy.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Chastity Games makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein.
10. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Chastity Games, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
11. 18 U.S.C. ยง 2257 Compliance Statement
Chastity Games is a platform for User Generated Content (UGC). We do not produce original content. All users uploading content to this site have represented and warranted that all individuals depicted in such content are at least 18 years of age. Content found to depict minors will be removed immediately and reported to the appropriate authorities (NCMEC).

12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
